For recovery of uninjured people from the water.  The length of the strap is sufficient for use from boats having freeboards from 2 to 8 ft.  The body loop is padded with closed cell foam.  The main strap is constructed of 6,000 lb. test black webbing.  Hand loops are appropriately spaced to provide easier, faster, and more secure lifting than when using a rope.
