The HydroFix™ is a replacement hydrostatic release unit (HRU) for ACR Category I EPIRB brackets.  When the bracket is submerged to a depth of 5-13 feet, the HydroFix™ will separate the front and back sections of the bracket, which in turn causes the ejector spring to push the EPIRB out of the bracket.  Sold as a universal kit for compatibility with multiple ACR Category I EPIRB brackets.

• Replacement:  Two (2) years from the date of installation, but not to exceed four (4) years from the date of manufacture.
