Safety/lock pin used to secure the manual firing lever of Halkey Roberts manual inflators (HR 840AM series) and Halkey Roberts automatic inflators (HR V8500 series).  Locking pin is broken upon manual activation of the firing lever.  Use only if the inflatable life vest was originally supplied with this type of pin.
